Poor Cleaning Performance on Sun Deck/ Inadequate sun deck cleaning
ISSUE:
Poor cleaning performance on the sun deck
[Internal Use Only — Troubleshooting Guideline]
Step 1. Ask the customer to confirm the water depth of the sun shelf.
Inform the customer that the robot requires a minimum water depth of 50 cm for proper cleaning.
Step 2. If the water depth is sufficient, guide the customer to select Multi-Zone Mode for cleaning, as this mode allows the robot to treat the entire pool—including steps and shelves—as a single integrated platform for thorough coverage.

Dear [Customer's Name],
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your continued trust in our products. We understand how important a clean and sparkling pool is, and we’d like to provide you with some helpful information regarding your AquaSense 2 Pro and its operation in this scenarios.
Cleaning Sun Shelves (Shallow Platforms)
Cleaning shallow sun shelves can present similar challenges for robotic pool cleaners, as the water depth and surface area in these sections are usually quite limited.
To improve the cleaning performance in these scenarios, we have introduced the Multizone Mode, which enables the AquaSense 2 Pro to treat the entire pool area—including sun shelves and steps—as a unified cleaning zone. We recommend activating this mode when cleaning sun shelves to enhance coverage.
However, due to the shelf's dimensions and design, certain edges or corners might remain difficult for the robot to reach. In these cases, a combination of manual cleaning and robot maintenance will achieve the best results. After the initial manual effort, your AquaSense 2 Pro can help maintain your pool's cleanliness consistently and reduce future manual work.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always here to help and are committed to ensuring the best experience with your AquaSense 2 Pro.
