Poor bottom cleaning/ Ineffective bottom cleaning
ISSUE:
Ineffective bottom cleaning
[Internal Use Only — Troubleshooting Guideline]
Step 1: Check BIG Data Logs
Query system records for cleaning history and error alerts.
If incomplete cleaning was due to machine interruption, categorize under "Machine Error Alerts" with corresponding error codes.
Step 2:
If no errors detected, provide standard troubleshooting te.
Ask the user to:
a) Specify where edge cleaning fails (e.g., corners, tight spaces).
b) Share videos/photos of the issue.
Goal: Isolate root cause (machine error vs. environmental factors).
Reference Template:
Dear [Customer's Name],
Thank you very much for choosing our pool cleaning robot. Our devices are equipped with advanced sensors that allow them to intelligently navigate and select the optimal cleaning path based on the environment of your pool.
However, in cases where the pool bottom is irregular or the boundaries are not clearly defined — for example, when there are noticeable curves along the edges — the robot's exploration and path planning might be affected, which could result in certain areas being missed during the cleaning cycle.
In order to better understand and assist you in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following information:
1. A brief description of the specific situation where the robot did not clean the pool bottom properly.
2. Photos of your swimming pool.
3. A short video showing the robot’s behavior when it is unable to effectively clean certain areas.
Additionally, we recommend using the multi-zone cleaning mode for several deep cleaning cycles, as this often helps ensure more thorough coverage.
We truly appreciate your cooperation and are committed to making sure you have the best experience with our product. Looking forward to your reply!
