Bottom Posture Abnormality/ Under water Posture Abnormality
ISSUE:
The robot exhibits posture abnormalities while operating at the bottom of the pool, such as tilting up, the whole machine flipping, or the robot spinning in place (rotating around its own radius), etc.
[Internal Use Only — Troubleshooting Guideline]
Note:
The robot flipped over in the pool, with its bottom facing upward. There are two possible situations:
Self-recovery successful or Self-recovery failed.
Scenario 1: Self-Recovery Successful
Confirm with the customer if the robot was able to flip itself back to the correct position.
--If yes, the self-recovery function is working as designed, no further action required.
Scenario 2: Self-Recovery Failed, Robot Lying on Pool Bottom
Step 1: Collect On-Site Information
Ask the customer to provide a video showing the robot's flipped status to help analyze the cause.
Step 2: Inspect External Moving Components
After retrieving the robot from the pool, instruct the customer to check the following components for normal operation:
Main brush
Side brush
Tracks
Propeller
Large wheels
--If any entanglement or damage is observed, suggest using the screwdriver included in the package to disassemble and inspect the components.
Step 3: Check for App Warning Alerts
Ask the customer to check the robot's status in the app for any active error or warning messages, and collect the error code if applicable.
Step 4: Query Backend System Logs -BIG DATA
Collect the robot’s serial number and check the backend system BIG DATA to see if any related alerts or abnormal logs were recorded during the reported time.
