If there is any foreign matter, try to clean it up. If there is structural damage, ask the customer to take photos or videos , and feedback to the technical team for confirmation.
3、If there is still no solution, invite the customer to provide a video of the abnormal running posture of the machine , then feedback to the technical team for confirmation.
