ISSUE:

Dirt Spillage while cleaning water surface

[Internal Use Only — Troubleshooting Guideline]

Step 1. Ask the customer to describe the exact scenario in which the debris is being released:

--For example: during turning, reversing, or when hitting the pool wall?

Step 2. Ask the customer to confirm where the debris is coming from:

--Is it from the suction port, the dustbin door, or another location?

Step 3. Guide the customer to provide a video showing the debris spilling issue, to help confirm the situation clearly.

Step 4. Once the video and relevant details are received, forward them to the Technical Team for further analysis and confirmation.
