1. the machine will have water flow when running, if the garbage on the water surface is too light, it will be pushed away by the impact of the water flow.

2. Confirm whether there are obstacles on the water surface (customer's own circulating water pump) because if there are obstacles in front, the machine will clean and slow down in order to prevent collision;

Recommend the user to extend the time to clean and clean several times more.

3. Invite users to describe the scene where the water is not clean, what type of garbage it is (name, size, shape, etc.), provide photos and videos, and feed back to the technical team for confirmation
