ISSUE:

The robot discharges garbage during the pool floor cleaning process.

Step 1. Ask the customer to describe the exact scenario in which the robot is releasing debris:

--Does it happen during turning, reversing, or when hitting the pool wall?

Step 2. Confirm the type of debris the robot is releasing:

--Large leaves, small leaves, pollen, or other?

Step 3. Guide the customer to provide a video of the issue for clearer evaluation and solution planning.

Step 4. Once the video and relevant details are collected, forward them to the Technical Team for further analysis and confirmation.
