Water Pump Discharging Dust

ISSUE:
When the pool is relatively clean, the water discharged from the water pump appears murky.

[Internal Use Only — Troubleshooting Guideline]

Step 1. Confirm Circulation Pump Availability

--Verify whether the customer’s pool system is equipped with a circulation pump.

--If available, recommend the customer use the robot in combination with the circulation pump to help filter out fine particles and improve cleaning results.

Step 2. Offering the Dense Filter Dustbin (After-Sales Accessory)

--If the customer reports persistent filtration issues, propose offering the Dense Filter Dustbin as an after-sales accessory.

--Note: The Dense Filter Dustbin must be produced on demand and shipped separately to the customer.

Step 3. Recommended Usage Instructions for Dense Filter Dustbin

Advise the customer to:

--First clean the pool using the original official dustbin.

--Once initial cleaning is complete, replace it with the Dense Filter Dustbin to capture fine debris.

--After using the Dense Filter Dustbin, switch back to the original dustbin for regular cleaning.

Step 4. Continuous Use in Special Scenarios

If the customer has specific cleaning scenarios that require enhanced filtration (e.g., newly opened pool, large volume of fine particles), the Dense Filter Dustbin can be used continuously without issue.

Step 5. Known Side Effects of Dense Filter Dustbin Usage

The robot’s wall-climbing ability will decrease when moving from the pool bottom to the surface.

The robot may experience a front tilt ("head lift") when surfacing due to restricted water flow.
