After-sales 3.6.2 Water Pump Discharging Dust

Scenario Explanations:

Cloudy water ejected from the pump when the machine is in operation

Annotation:

1、Invite the user to check if the filter is clogged with foreign objects and clean it. If it is before May, it is likely to be the pool opening scenario. Ask the user to turn on the circulation pump of the pool to achieve better cleaning effect (refer to “poor cleaning effect of swimming pool opening”).

2、Confirm whether the customer has a circulating water pump at home, if so, suggest the customer to use the machine with the circulating water pump at home. 

Or provide customers with after-sales accessories - encrypted dust box (need to be produced and reissued on demand)

If send the encrypted dust box:

Recommendation: Use the original official dust box to clean and then use the encrypted dust box, and then replace the original official dust box after use.

If there is a special situation where need to use the encrypted dust box all the time, it can be used all the time.

(Note: The side effect of using the encryption dust box: the ability to climb the wall decreases when going up from the bottom of the water & the machine warps on the surface of the water)

3、If it still doesn't work, invite the user describe the scenario of weak filtration ability and provide photos or videos, then send them back to the technical team for confirmation.
