Pushing dirt under water
ISSUE:
Pushing dirt under water
Troubleshooting Guide:(can not copy and send it to customer, this is just handling process!!!)
During operation, the water flow generated by the robot may cause lightweight debris on the pool floor to be lifted, and this is often accompanied by the natural drainage effect. As a result, the situation you described can occur when the robot is cleaning this type of debris.
To address this, our robot is designed with a back-and-forth S-shaped cleaning path, which helps to increase coverage and improve the chances of collecting such debris.
Additionally, we recommend running multiple cleaning cycles to achieve better cleaning results, especially for lightweight debris.

Dear [Customer's Name],
Thank you for choosing AquaSense 2 Pro, and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
AquaSense 2 Pro is equipped with an industry-leading 5-in-1 cleaning mode, designed to provide intelligent and comprehensive cleaning for your pool. However, we understand that in real-world use, certain factors — such as the water flow generated by the robot’s circulation system and the natural drainage effect during operation — may occasionally cause debris on the pool floor to shift, which can affect the cleaning results, especially when dealing with lightweight or floating debris.
To help improve the cleaning performance in such situations, we recommend:
1. Running multiple cleaning cycles, as this allows the robot to cover the area more thoroughly.
2. Trying the Multi-ZONE Mode – Max Surface, which is designed to enhance cleaning coverage for pool surfaces and floors.
In order for us to better understand your specific scenario and provide more accurate assistance, could you kindly help us with the following information:
1. A brief description of the types of debris or leaves that remain in your pool — including their name, size, and shape (e.g. fine sand, pine needles, large broad leaves, small flower petals, etc.).
2. A few photos of your swimming pool for reference.
3. A short video showing the robot in action, especially the moments when debris remains on the pool floor.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, as it helps both in resolving your case and in continuously optimizing our product’s cleaning performance.
We truly appreciate your trust in AquaSense and look forward to assisting you further!
