Machine makes a strange noise in the charging base

Explain 

The robot drains water while on the charging dock, which is normal behavior specifically when the cleaning task was interrupted while the robot was still in the water and it was manually retrieved before completing the drainage process. In such cases, the robot will complete drainage only when placed on the charging dock.

Important to note:

If the robot was performing a cleaning task that included water surface cleaning, it would have already completed drainage while surfacing. However, if the selected mode did not include water surface cleaning — for example, in models like Aquasense 2 Ultra, Aquasense 2 Pro, Aquasense Pro, or Aquasense 2 — the robot will report the task as complete once the cleaning is finished. When the robot connects to the network during the surfacing and drainage process, the APP will immediately receive a task completion notification.

Step 1: First, confirm whether the robot was manually lifted out of the water after the cleaning task was interrupted.

Step 2: Guide the customer to provide a drainage video and a description of the issue to facilitate further support.

Step 3: Once the video is received, check whether the situation matches the expected behavior.
