Water found in unboxed machines
Standard responses for addressing this issue:
1. Our factory conducts 100% underwater testing on every machine after production, so some residual water is normal. This is explained in the first note on the dustbin cover.
2. This model is a brand-new product, and there are no refurbished units. We would never ship used machines to customers.
3. As a water-based product, residual water will not cause any malfunctions. The machine also comes with a 3-year warranty, so if any issues arise during use, customers can always contact our official customer service for assistance.
For customers who reach out to customer service, while explaining the situation, the agent should also offer compensation:
1. For Aquasense 2 Ultra and Aquasense 2 Pro, offer a replacement clarifying agent.
2. For AquaSense 2, provide a cash compensation (€5–30).
If the customer remains unsatisfied, offer a return or exchange.
