Poor cleaning of opening scenes
ISSUE:
This can happen when cx contacted us and said the dustbin is full but app didn't report/ or device can not back to water surface.

We should to confirm if cx used device for pool opening, so let customer provide more info like video or pictures or order number, SN to confirm.
For customers using the robot during pool opening:
1. If there are large leaves or debris in the pool-- advise the customer to manually remove them with a net before using the robot.
2. Recommend the customer apply pool chemicals (to reduce heavy metals and balance water quality). The robot can assist in removing scattered leaves, fruits, and surface debris, and can also help clean the walls to significantly improve the pool-opening efficiency.
--During this process:
Suggest using the single filter basket first for coarse debris collection.
Then switch to the double filter basket for finer cleaning.
Run 2-3 full cleaning cycles to achieve optimal cleaning results.
3. After debris removal, advise the customer to apply Pool Shock to kill any remaining microorganisms.
5. If customer has circulation pump and skimmer, we can ask the customer to turn on the circulation pump and skimmer, and run them continuously for at least 24 hours to help filter and clarify the water.
6. If there are still sand or cloudy water issues after opening, suggest using a water clarifier together with the robot for better results.
During the normal pool season:
The robot can be used for daily maintenance and light cleaning.
If the customer reports dust emission during cleaning, and has already used a clarifier, we can ask technial team to check if we can offer to send a fine mesh filter basket (密封尘盒) as an after-sales accessory to improve filtration.
