Since the high-density filter basket has a finer mesh than the standard basket, it is more prone to clogging. To ensure optimal cleaning performance and smooth operation, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Use According to Cleaning Stages

If the pool is heavily soiled with large debris such as leaves or twigs, please manually remove them with a skimmer net before using the high-density filter basket.  

2. Clean the filter Regularly to Prevent Clogging

Because of the smaller mesh size, the High-density filter basket is more likely to become clogged, which may lead to the following issues:

1). Robot fails to climb walls

2). Robot cannot return to water surface after cleaning normally

Don’t worry — these are common occurrences. Here’s how to address them:

1). Increase the frequency of cleaning the high-density filter basket to keep the filter screen clear.

2). As cleaning continues over time, your pool will become cleaner overall, and clogging issues will significantly reduce.

3. Multiple Cleaning for Better Results

The High-density filter basket is more delicate to clean, but it may not completely clean the entire pool in one time, so we recommend running the AquaSense 2 multiple times for a better cleaning results.
