Invite the customer to inform us the mode of use, the frequency of occurrence, and whether there are specific scenarios.
3. If Big data shows that it is indeed not cleaned, then look at the specific reason: whether it is low power raised by the user during the cleaning process, or the machine cannot climb the wall due to the failure of the driving wheel, or the abnormal floating cavity pump cannot surface, etc.
