Annotation:
1. Invite the user to check if the filter is clogged with foreign objects and clean it. If it is before May, it is likely to be the pool opening scene. Invite users to turn on the circulation pump of the pool to achieve better cleaning effect (refer to “poor cleaning performance of the pool opening”).
2. Send the encrypted dust box to users, if there is a circulating pump at home, it can be used with the circulating pump.
Suggest the user to use the original official dust box to clean, then use the encrypted dust box, and then replace the original dust box after use.
If there are special scenarios that require to use the encrypted dust box all the time, it can be used all the time.
(Note: The side effect of using the encryption dust box: the ability to climb the wall decreases when the machine goes up from the bottom of the water & the machine warps on the surface of the water)
3、If it still doesn't work, invite the user to describe the scenario of weak filtration ability and provide photos or videos, then send them back to the technical team for confirmation.
