1、Query big data, check the user cleaning records and abnormal alarms, if because of the interruption caused by the cleaning is not clean, the processing mode and fault code classification to “machine abnormal alarms”.

2、If it is not an abnormal interruption, guide the user to describe the specific scene of poor cleaning effect of the pool slope / arc, confirm the user's pool slope / arc slope, and invite the user to provide video or pictures.
