Check what cleaning mode the user is using.

Because if the user uses the standard mode, it will not recognize the extra plane of the steps, which logically divides the pool into three main platforms (bottom/walls/water surface).

If the user needs to clean the steps, recommend the user to use the Multi-Platform Mode (Multi-Platform Mode allows the cleaning of all surfaces except the water surface).

（Currently, steps can only be covered based on a multi-platform model, and the corners of the steps may also not clean as well.）

Cleaning pool steps can be challenging for robots that clean pools because of the limited depth and area.
