The machine disconnected from WIFI on the water surface.


Annotation:

1. Invite the user to confirm that the machine has been turned on normally;


2. Invite the user to bring the cell phone and the machine close to the router, configure the network and confirm whether it can be connected;


3. If it can not be equipped, ask the user to open the mobile hotspot to configure the network;


4. If the above three steps still can't be solved, please invite the user to describe the situation in which the machine is out of network, and invite the user to provide photos or videos , and send them back to the technical team for confirmation.

Check WiFi signal strength and obstacles:

Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong in the pool area.

-Verify the distance between the robot and the Wi-Fi router.

-Check for walls or other obstacles between the robot and the router that could weaken the signal.


1). Test using a mobile hotspot:

Set up a hotspot on cell phone A:

Go to phone “Connections” or “Network and Internet”.


2). Select “Mobile Hotspot and Network Sharing”.

-Open Mobile Hotspot.

-Select the Wi-Fi hotspot option.

-Connect phone B (which has the Beatbot app downloaded) to the hotspot:

-On phone B, go to its settings.

-Look for Wi-Fi settings.

-Scan for available networks and find the hotspot name from Phone A.

-Select the hotspot name and enter the password set by Phone A to connect.

-Connect the app to the device.


If the machine successfully connects to the app, the problem may be related to your home Wi-Fi settings (distance, location).
