After-sales 1.2.1 Map Cannot Be Displayed

Scenario Explanations:

The customer only reported that they could not create a map, but did not provide any pictures.

Annotation:

Ask the user what kind of display abnormality he belongs to and ask him to describe it in detail. 

If the pool bottom is irregular, the machine may switch directly to the customized random mode, which is more efficient for cleaning, in this case it may not be able to build a picture, which is normal.

Thank you for choosing our product. AquaSense 2 Ultra is equipped with advanced ultrasonic sensors that can analyze your pool and create an accurate map. However, in cases where the connection between the pool floor and walls is curved, or the pool shape is too complex, the map information may be affected.

To provide you with a more accurate answer, could you please take a photo of your pools for us to check?

(Users provide pictures or information about the swimming pool, and our technical confirmation is that it is the pool at the bottom of the arc.)

Following a thorough review and verification by our technical team, we've discovered that your app does not display a map due to the curved transition between the pool wall and the ground. This curvature affects the sensor's ability to accurately determine the pool wall's bottom boundary. 

As a result, the AquaSense 2 switches to Deepsense mode, where it leverages additional sensors, including gyroscopes, to chart an effective cleaning route, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.
