The AquaSense Pro is a pool-cleaning robot that functions within a depth range of 0.5 to 3 meters. While most pool-cleaning robots are not able to clean steps, While most pool cleaning robots do not have the ability to clean steps, AquaSense Pro can clean steps if they are wide enough to support the cleaning operation and the water depth on the steps is greater than 0.5 meters.
We are currently working on optimizing the step-cleaning feature. We anticipate that in the coming months, our robot will be able to clean the majority of steps where the water depth on the steps is greater than 0.5 meters. To enable your AquaSense Pro to handle step cleaning, you just need to upgrade its firmware.
Could you please provide us with the width and length of your steps, as well as the depth of the water on the step surface? Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send us some photos. This will help us give you a more accurate answer.
