2. Query the big data to confirm whether there is a drive motor overcurrent alarm;

3. Invite the user to check whether there are foreign objects stuck and entangled in the roller brush, wheel system and other related components (tracks, big wheels, propellers, roller brushes, etc.), and try to clean them up;

4. Invite the user to dismantle the side cover and check whether there is any damage to the machine parts and whether there is any abnormality in the gears of the wheel system, such as broken gears, etc., and if there is such a situation, it needs to be repaired.
