Annotation:
1. Invite the user to check if the APP has a cleaning completion notification and push time before. If so, the machine is working properly. If there is no push time this time, it may be because the machine has not finished cleaning.
2. When the dust container is full of trash and completely blocks the mesh holes, it can also cause the machine to have difficulty climbing the walls and may not be able to return to the waterline/surface.
Recommend the user to try cleaning the inside and outside of the Dust Box and try again.
3. Query the big data to see if the machine is on low battery on the return trip, resulting in the inability to climb the wall. Recommend users to fully charge (power APP shows 100%).
Or query the big data to see if the machine is unable to backtrack due to pump/drive motor alarms, if this is the case, feedback to the technical team.
