3、Query the big data to confirm whether there are abnormal alarms of the main water pump, drive wheel and other firmware in the user's cleaning record, if there are, deal with it according to the “machine abnormal alarms”;
4、If it is not an abnormal interruption, invite the user to describe the cleaning mode used, and provide the video or picture of the machine not going up the steps, as well as the picture of the user's swimming pool (to facilitate better analysis of the use of the scene), and send it to the technical team for confirmation.
5、Invite the user to use Multizone Mode to clean several times to achieve a better cleaning effect.
