Annotation:

1、Invite the user to match the machine with the network, and upload the machine use log in APP so that the technical team can analyze it;

2、Query the big data to confirm whether there is propeller winding alarm;

3、Invite the user to check whether the left and right propeller blades are entangled with foreign objects and try to clean them up, manually dial the blades to confirm whether there is an unsmooth sense of jamming, and if the rotation is not smooth, need to contact the technical support team;

4、Invite the user to provide photos of the position of the left and right propeller blades ( can take photos after rotating and removing the decorative cover of the left and right propellers), and send them to the technical team for confirmation.
