Annotation:

1、Invite the user to match the machine with the network, and upload the machine use log in APP, so as to facilitate the technical team to analyze;

2、Query the big data, confirm whether there are abnormal interruptions, foreign body winding alarms or other machine abnormal alarms in the cleaning record, if any, according to the machine abnormal alarms for processing;

3、Ask the user to provide photos or videos of the machine stuck, as well as photos of the user's swimming pool (for better analysis of the use of the scene), and send them to the technical team for confirmation.
