Scenario Explanations:

Users feedback that the battery life is shorter than when they first bought it, or that the same cleaning mode sometimes works for a longer period of time and sometimes only works for a shorter period of time.


Annotation:

1.Inform the customer of the factors that may lead to shorter battery life: machine parts are tangled, swimming pool is very dirty, machine is working under dust and high current for a long time. This is very normal phenomenon.


2、Guide the user to fully charge the machine, make sure the APP power has shown 100%, then retry to see the battery life.


3, check the cleaning log and machine power of Big Data to confirm whether the temperature and humidity power curve of the machine has obvious abnormalities;


Find the official advertised range/corresponding mode of the corresponding model, and send the screenshot of the recent cleaning log to the technical team.
