Scenario Explanations:

User complaints that the dust box has been installed but has been reported as not installed or please install the dust box.


Annotation:

1. Invite the user to match the machine with the network, and upload the machine use log in APP, so that the technical team can analyze;


2. Query big data to confirm that it is the user cleaning records and machine humidity;


3.  Humidity to more than 80% judged as abnormal. If it is the first time to use and humidity is not abnormal, report the dust box is not installed alarm, the user to check whether the magnet on the dust box is installed, such as not send the magnet to the user to install; ask the user to take a picture of the dust box, check whether the dust box is broken, such as broken need to replace the dust box;


4.  if it is not the first cleaning, and the machine humidity is not abnormal, the probability is that the light board into the water, need to replace the entire machine;


5.  if it is not the first cleaning, and machine humidity is abnormal, the probability is that the machine into the water, need to replace the entire machine;


6. Invite the user to take relevant photos and videos, and report them to the technical team for confirmation, after which we can apply for the replacement of the machine for the user.
