Display abnormalities such as battery level, cleaning record, temperature, and plugin errors.

Annotation:

1、Invite the user to confirm what kind of display abnormality he belongs to, describe it in detail and provide the screenshots of abnormal scenes;

2、Guide the user to upload logs on APP  (app logs, not machine logs) to help analyze;

3、Invite the user to clear the APP cache, and then restart the APP to see whether the fault disappears or not, if not, restart the phone;

4、If still can not solve,  feedback to the technical team for confirmation.
